Rental Details
Important Information Before Booking
Pop-Up Restaurant Rental: Includes scheduled use of the restaurant, dining area, and approved kitchen equipment.
Shared Kitchen & Prep Space: For food preparation and production only. Customer dining and restaurant service are not included.
Cleaning: Renters must leave all used areas and equipment clean and in the condition received.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date.
Addtional Time: Additional time is subject to avaliability and additional fee.
Booking: Reservations are comfirmed after payment is received and the rental agreement is completed.
Security Deposit: A $150 refundable security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned after the space is inspected, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
